At Rasasi Perfumes 1979, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email or our contact form with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused, sealed perfume bottle in its original box and protective cellophane to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
